1 Definitions & Interpretation

The following terms used in these Terms & Conditions have the meanings set out below:

• "Platform" — ud99's website, mobile version, and all associated digital channels.
• "User" or "Member" — any person who holds a registered account on ud99.
• "Services" — sports betting, casino games, live casino, crash games, and other entertainment features.
• "Bonus" — additional funds or credits granted by ud99 under specified conditions.
• "Wagering Requirement" — the total bet amount required to make bonus funds eligible for withdrawal.
• "Balance" — the total sum of deposits, bonuses, and winnings held in a member's account.

In these terms, singular words also include the plural, and any gender includes all genders.

2 Eligibility & Age Requirement

All of the following conditions must be met to use ud99's services:

1. The user must be at least 21 years old. This platform is strictly prohibited for minors.
2. The user must not be a resident of any jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited by law.
3. The user is mentally capable and is using the platform voluntarily.
4. Each person may only operate one account. Registering multiple accounts is prohibited.

3 Account Registration & Security

3.1 Registration Process

To open an account on ud99, you must provide accurate and complete personal information. Registering with false information may result in account cancellation and forfeiture of any pending amounts.

3.2 Account Security

Account login credentials — username and password — must be kept strictly confidential. Sharing this information with any third party is prohibited. The account holder is responsible for all activity carried out through their account. If you suspect unauthorised access, notify our support team immediately.

3.3 Verification

ud99 may request additional documents for identity verification at any time. Withdrawals may be temporarily delayed until verification is complete.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Deposits

Deposits on ud99 are accepted through the following methods only:

• bKash
• Nagad
• Rocket (Dutch-Bangla Bank mobile wallet)
• Upay

The minimum deposit amount is ৳100 for each method. Deposited funds are reflected in the account after processing.

4.2 Withdrawals

The following conditions apply to withdrawals:

Withdrawals can only be made to the account number from which the deposit was made. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted.

5 Bonuses & Promotional Offers

5.1 Welcome Bonus

ud99 offers new members a 200% first deposit bonus, up to a maximum of ৳8,000. Bonus calculation examples:

• ৳1,000 deposit → ৳2,000 bonus → total balance ৳3,000
• ৳10,000 deposit → ৳8,000 bonus (maximum limit) → total balance ৳18,000

5.2 Wagering Requirement

A 20x wagering requirement must be completed before bonus funds can be withdrawn. The wagering requirement applies to the bonus amount only — not to the deposit amount.

Example: ৳2,000 bonus × 20 = ৳40,000 in bets must be completed before withdrawing bonus winnings.

5.3 General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus may have its own specific terms — please read those terms before claiming any offer.
• A bonus applies to one account, one device, and one IP address only, and can be claimed once.
• A new bonus cannot be activated while another bonus is already active.
• ud99 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus.
• If bonus abuse is detected, the bonus and any associated winnings may be forfeited.

6 Betting Rules

6.1 General Betting Rules

The following rules must be followed when placing bets on the ud99 platform:

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled.
• If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error, ud99 reserves the right to void that bet.
• All settlements are considered final after results are announced.

6.2 Sports Betting

In the sports section, markets, odds, and settlement rules are determined in accordance with the accepted international rules of the relevant sport. Results for cricket, football, kabaddi, and other sports are settled based on the announcement of the relevant governing body.

6.3 Casino & Games

All casino games — slots, live casino, crash games, and others — are operated under the rules of their respective game providers (Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Spribe, JILI, PG Soft, Ezugi, Microgaming, NetEnt, etc.). In the event of any dispute, the provider's server logs will be considered final evidence.

7 Prohibited Activities

Any of the following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in account closure and forfeiture of funds by ud99:

1. Fraud & Deception: False identity, stolen payment methods, or any form of financial fraud.
2. Money Laundering: Using the platform to process or conceal funds obtained from illegal sources.
3. Bonus Abuse: Operating multiple accounts or manipulating the system to obtain bonuses.
4. Automation & Hacking: Placing bets or accessing the platform using bots, scripts, or other automated means.
5. Collusion: Attempting to influence outcomes by colluding with other players.
6. Damaging the Platform: Any attempt to carry out cyberattacks, data theft, or damage to the system.

8 Limitation of Liability

8.1 Limits on Liability

ud99 does not accept liability for losses in the following circumstances:

• Bets lost due to internet disconnection or technical failure.
• Unauthorised use of a user's account credentials.
• Delays or errors caused by third-party payment processors.
• Natural disasters, cyberattacks, or any circumstances beyond our control.

8.2 Service Availability

ud99 aims to provide uninterrupted service at all times. However, temporary downtime may occur during maintenance, upgrades, or unforeseen circumstances. ud99 will not be liable for any losses resulting from such downtime.

9 Privacy & Data Protection

10 Service Changes & Amendment of Terms

ud99 reserves the right to make the following changes at any time:

• Amend, modify, or remove any part of these Terms & Conditions.
• Add new games, markets, or services, or withdraw existing ones.
• Change the bonus structure, wagering requirements, or payment limits.

For significant changes, ud99 will endeavour to give advance notice where possible. Continued use of the platform after changes to the terms will be considered acceptance of the updated terms.

11 Account Closure & Suspension

11.1 Closure by User

Any member may request to close their account at any time. All pending bets must be settled before closure, and any eligible balance may be withdrawn.

11.2 Suspension or Cancellation by ud99

ud99 may temporarily suspend or permanently close an account for any of the following reasons:

• Breach of these terms.
• Suspicion of fraud or money laundering.
• Operating multiple accounts.
• Legal obligations or regulatory directives.
• Security risk or unusual activity.
